Conscious Movement Workshop
Movement is the source of creation
What Is Concious Movement?
Embark on a 1 or 2,5 hour cathartic journey for the release and transformation of stagnant energy moving your body, mind and soul into a different state of being.
Combining somatic and embodiment practices such as somatic movement, dance, breathwork and voice liberation to transmute, transform and trancesend a specific core emotion
Creating a safe and empowered way for the full inner and outer exploration of this emotion.
Releasing all the stories, patterns and blockages attached to this emotion to free yourself from the past and step into a brighter future

The Four Pillars Of Movement
The four pillars in Concious Movement are the key for a successful expierence for the transformation, transmutation and trancesendence of the energy from the core emotions
1. Movement Of The Body
Within Concious Movement we use somatic movement practices and dance as a way to move the body into a different state of being.
Body Awareness and Mind-Body Connection
Somatic movement creates mindfulness and body awareness, helping individuals tune into sensations and emotions stored in the body. This awareness can unlock unconscious emotional blocks, enabling the release of suppressed emotions.
Stimulating the Nervous System
Movement, especially rhythmic and repetitive movement, stimulates the nervous system and can help shift it out of a fight-or-flight (sympathetic) state into a more relaxed and balanced (parasympathetic) state. This shift allows the body to process and release stored emotional energy.
Releasing Trauma Stored in the Body
How it helps: According to somatic experiencing theory, trauma is stored in the body and can be processed through movement. By using movement and dance, individuals can allow their bodies to release long-held physical tension, enabling emotional memories and pain to surface and be processed.

2. Movement Of The Mind
In this pillar, we focus on one of the most powerful tools for emotional transformation: asking the right questions.
Anger is never just about what’s happening on the surface. It’s often a response rooted in deeper unmet needs, suppressed emotions, past memories, or internalized beliefs. When we feel anger, it can feel explosive, confusing, or even shameful. But when we begin to ask ourselves why the anger is there, something profound happens: we shift from reaction to understanding.
This is where NLP-style inquiry becomes a powerful ally.
Why Asking the Right Questions Works
Unlike traditional journaling or surface-level self-reflection, NLP-based questions are designed to disrupt patterns of thought, helping you go deeper into your inner world. They don’t just bring awareness—they create cognitive openings. These questions challenge the automatic assumptions behind your emotions and help you reveal what’s underneath the surface.
They help you explore:
- What belief is fueling this anger?
- What story am I telling myself right now?
- Is this anger protecting me, and if so, from what?
- What part of me feels unseen, unheard, or unsafe?
- Where have I experienced this before—and what did I learn from it?
As you explore, you begin to see that anger is not the enemy—it’s a messenger pointing to something deeper that needs attention, healing, or boundaries.
Rewiring Thought Patterns Through Language
The language we use internally shapes our neurology. When we get stuck in loops of anger, it’s often because the mind keeps recycling the same unresolved narrative. By introducing precise, focused questions, we interrupt that loop and create space for new interpretations.
This activates neuroplasticity—your brain’s ability to rewire itself—and allows you to form new connections that shift how you respond to emotional triggers in the future.

3. Movement Of The Voice
To really transmute the stagnant emotion in the body we use the voice and different kind of voice liberation practices to fully release what no longer serves you
Accessing Emotions Through the Voice
The voice is deeply connected to emotions. Suppressed emotions often manifest as tension in the throat, jaw, or chest. By using the voice these blocked emotions can be released.
Reconnecting to Authentic Expression
Many people suppress their true feelings and expressions due to fear, shame, or societal conditioning. Voice liberation allows you to reclaim your authentic voice, breaking through emotional blocks and restoring confidence in self-expression.
Shifting Energy Through Sound
Sound is a vibrational force that can shift stuck emotional and energetic patterns in the body. By creating sound, the body becomes a resonant chamber for clearing blocked energy, facilitating emotional release and healing.

4. Movement Of Breath
Through different use of the breath and breathwork exercises we enable your capacity to fully transcend the energy of the stagnant emotion within your body, mind and soul.
Increasing Body Awareness
Breathwork creates mindfulness and body awareness. By focusing on the breath, you become more attuned to physical sensations in the body, where emotions are often stored as tension or discomfort.
Unlocking Repressed Emotions
Breathwork helps to bypass the conscious mind and access deeper layers of the subconscious, where repressed emotions and memories are often stored. By consciously breathing, you may begin to unearth emotions that you weren’t aware of or were too painful to confront.
Improving Mental Clarity and Focus
Breathwork clears mental fog by improving oxygen flow to the brain, which can facilitate clarity and insight. This mental clarity can support emotional processing, allowing you to gain perspective on your emotions and release them more effectively.
