Retreats
Stepping into a retreat is stepping into yourself. Each journey I facilitate is designed to bring you home to your body, mind, and soul. Through carefully guided ceremonies, integration frameworks, and sacred tools, you’ll discover new layers of healing and transformation.
Plant Medicine Ceremonies
Plant medicine ceremonies are sacred spaces where you connect with the wisdom of the plants and with your own inner truth. These ceremonies are not about escaping reality, but about expanding into it—healing at the root level, realigning with your soul, and finding clarity in your life’s path.
I work with three main medicines: ceremonial cacao, psilocybin, and hapé, each offering unique healing properties.
Cacao
Raw ceremonial cacao is often called “the medicine of the heart.” Unlike regular chocolate, this unprocessed plant carries a high concentration of theobromine, magnesium, and antioxidants that open the heart, increase blood flow, and create a deep sense of warmth and connection.
In ceremony, cacao softens emotional barriers, enhances presence, and allows you to connect more deeply with yourself and with others. It is a gentle yet powerful medicine that sets the stage for profound inner work.
Psilocybin
Psilocybin is a natural compound found in certain mushrooms, known for its ability to shift consciousness and unlock deep healing. Beyond the spiritual and emotional effects, modern neuroscience confirms psilocybin’s profound impact on the brain.
- Neurology & Neuroplasticity: Psilocybin promotes the growth of new neural connections, helping the brain “rewire” itself. This supports the release of old patterns, limiting beliefs, and trauma stored in the nervous system.
- Trauma Healing: By quieting the brain’s default mode network, psilocybin allows you to process difficult memories and emotions without being overwhelmed, making healing more accessible.
- Reprogramming the Mind: It creates a state of heightened neuroplasticity, where new perspectives, healthier habits, and fresh ways of thinking can take root.
In my ceremonies, psilocybin is not just an experience—it’s the beginning of a new framework for life. The medicine opens the door, and I provide the tools, guidance, and integration practices to help you walk through it fully.
Hapé
Hapé is a sacred Amazonian snuff made from powdered medicinal plants and tobacco. It grounds the body, clears the mind, and helps release stagnant energy. Used intentionally, it brings balance to the nervous system, supports focus, and prepares the body for deeper spiritual work.
The Power of Integration
A ceremony itself is only about 40% of the work. The true transformation happens in the weeks and months afterward—through integration.
That’s why I place such a strong focus on giving you the frameworks, tools, and practices to anchor your experience into your daily life. With the right support, your ceremony doesn’t stay as a “beautiful memory”—it becomes a turning point that changes your neurology, your patterns, and your relationship to life itself.
Integration enhances neuroplasticity, helping you embody new ways of being, so the shifts you experience become lasting transformations.
